I am currently in my final year at Colgate University, pursuing a major in History and French Language and Literature. I traveled to France for a year, absorbing the area's wonderful personality and honing my French language talents. I have been a tutor for the last three years in a pair of different disciplines; the first consisting of middle and high school courses such as Advanced Placement History, and the second associated with my school's "Let's Get Ready" program, aimed at preparing students for life beyond high school. I work with a broad range of students and always tailor my teaching to accommodate the ever evolving learning styles and speeds of so many different students. I am very keen on employing technology options to assist in presenting subject material, and greatly value the opportunity to make a positive impression on a student and boost his or her self assuredness in class and out. I continue to maintain a fierce dedication to making the best of every chance with every student. Away from class, I enjoy travel, writing, and fashion.
